Company Information

Minutei is a quick commerce platform in Bangladesh specializing in electronics delivery. We offer ultra-fast delivery within 59 minutes in selective areas (Rampura, Banasree & Aftabnagar) and nationwide delivery within 48 hours.

Service Availability

  • 59 Minutes Delivery Service

    • Available only in Rampura, Banasree, and Aftabnagar.

    • Service hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (weekdays only, excluding public holidays).

    • Orders placed outside service hours will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

  • Nationwide Delivery

    • We deliver across Bangladesh within 48 hours of order confirmation.

    • Delivery times may vary in remote or hard-to-reach areas.

Order & Payment

  • Orders must be placed through the official website or app [upcoming].

  • Currently we are accepting payments via only Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Prices displayed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • Products can be returned from doorstep if they are:

      • Defective, damaged, or not as described.

      • Unopened and unused, with all original packaging intact.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

    • Refund method will be the same as the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Exchange:

    • Eligible products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent product, subject to stock availability.

User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Misuse of the platform (fraudulent orders, abusive behavior) may result in suspension of services.

Warranty

  • All products are covered under manufacturer/ seller warranty.
  • Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer or authorized seller.
  • Minutei is not liable for warranty claims beyond the return period.

Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, supply issues) may cause delays.

  • Minutei shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect, use, and protect customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for order fulfillment and customer support.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Amendments

Minutei reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
